We have made online booking as simple as possible this year. Each booking will be allocated one or more chalet(s). There is a comments section, so you can give extra information to help us allocate the right chalet for you (eg. wheelchair access, who you would like to be next to, how you want your booking split into chalets...)

This year, to help you budget, you can pay one of two ways...

• By Credit or debit card - with 3% surcharge to cover card processing fees.
• By cheque

If online booking is not your thing, there is also a printable booking form, please fill it in and send with a cheque to Together Bookings, 25 South Wootton Lane, Kings Lynn, PE30 3BS.

Booking Terms...

In the event you need to cancel your booking - we will charge 10% upto 31st Sept 2010. There will be no refunds after that date.

Together at East of England has been organised by the Newfrontiers Family of Churches in the East of England as a Relational Mission initiative.
The finances of the event are being handled by Wellspring Family Church (a registered charity), 35 Neatherd Road, Dereham, Norfolk, United Kingdom. All transactions are in Pounds Sterling
When you have booked in you will receive a confirmation email, in early October you will receive an email with all the conference details.
